VP of Finance – Matrix Finance and Accounting

Base pay range : $185,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation : Annual Bonus

Location : Seattle, WA

• Terrific NEW VP of Finance opportunity with a popular local PNW brand. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for an entrepreneurial thinker, highly versatile, able to lead accounting, FP&A, reporting, and take the lead on strategy, planning, and process improvement.
• Oversee financial reporting, close, cost accounting, accounting ops, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, banking, financial compliance, tax and audit.
• Background with inventory, COGS, BOMS, cost variance is a big plus.
• Manage a small team of accountants, work directly under a dynamic President and ownership group.
• Ideal for 10+ years’ experience; CPA required. Manufacturing industry a plus (not hard requirement), experience with board presentations, process improvement, facilitating business growth and expansion.
• Compensation range to $200,000 + bonus; great benefits.
