Job description

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our NeuroRestorative facilities located in San Fernando Valley, CA, are fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facilities that specialize in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Available Shifts

  • Per-diem DAY & NOC shifts

Shift Times

  • DAY : 7 : 00 am to 7 : 30 pm
  • NOC : 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am
  • 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)

    • DAY Shift Rates

  • base rate based on experience
  • OT past 8th hour (OT = time and a half pay)
  • DT after 12th hour

    • NOC Shift Rates

  • base rate based on experience
  • NOC shift differential
  • OT past 8th hour (OT = time and a half pay)
  • DT after 12th hour

  • 6-bed NeuroRestorative facilities located in Chatsworth, Northridge and Woodland Hills
  • In-patient residential setting, sub-acute physical rehab

    Qualifications

  • Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
  • Current CPR / First Aid certification
  • Minimum one year of experience
  • Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
  • Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
