A large hospital system in Miramar is seeking a Technical Workday Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for the implementation and roll out of new software upgrades, fluent in HRIS business process and definitions in Workday, troubleshooting and maintaining any errors, handling all customer builds, working as a customer-facing expert to VP and Director level personnel, and more. This person will also be responsible for handling the tickets part of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations. Additionally, this person should have experience working with benefits, compensation, payroll, onboarding, and more modules, but ideally recruiting and benefits experience as we head into open enrollment.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelors' Degree or relevant experience
2. 5+ years' experience with Workday
3. Build, configure, maintaining, and troubleshooting experience
4. Experience creating build requests for VP and Director level
5. Fluency in HRIS business processes and definitions in Workday
6. Ability to troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3
Ideally has experience with Recruiting and Benefits!
