A company is looking for a Contact Center Project Engineer to design and deploy customer experience implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Designing, configuring, and deploying contact center and AI solutions in alignment with business requirements
Leading complex projects, managing risks, and ensuring solution quality through structured testing
Creating comprehensive documentation and serving as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of UCaaS / CCaaS and Virtual Agent technologies
Minimum of 8 years of project engineering experience with customer experience solutions
Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and cloud telephony integrations
Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Understanding of compliance requirements for contact center environments
