Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to support a respected healthcare organization in Mount Sterling, KY. This travel contract is perfect for a nurse confident in field-based care, OASIS documentation (with 24-hour turnaround), and Homecare Homebase software. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide in-home nursing care to patients with chronic and acute conditions

Manage documentation using OASIS within required 24-hour timeframe

Chart all visits and assessments using Homecare Homebase

Coordinate care plans with providers and interdisciplinary team

Deliver patient education and monitor progress

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Kentucky

Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficient in OASIS documentation (24-hour turnaround)

Experienced with Homecare Homebase

Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Must pass background check, drug screening, and Joint Commission-compliant onboarding
