Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual Front Desk Associate to join our team in Sioux Center, Iowa. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, communicating with diverse groups of people, and managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries

Provide information and support in both English and Spanish.

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting spaces

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas

Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Work Environment & Schedule :

Seasonal Fulltime 40 hrs a week, 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, approximately $18 hour)

Office-based position in Sioux Center, IA
