What You'll Do :

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and top-notch drinks
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Train and develop team members to grow their skills
• Drive sales through exceptional customer experiences and local community engagement
