Job description

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include influencing customer leadership to gain acceptance of Oracle solutions and services, contributing to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staffing plans, as well as presenting and demonstrating proposed solutions to customers. The role also involves building and maintaining a professional network and staying current with industry and product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include :

  • Leading the development and design of detailed solutions for non-routine, complex projects.
  • Anticipating project risks and suggesting mitigation strategies to the project manager.
  • Resolving complex customer issues by recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrating expertise across multiple business processes and product families, and possessing the ability to architect integrated technology solutions.
  • Recommending enhancements to Oracle methodologies and leading practices.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for industry and technology trends, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
  • Identifying and recommending new professional development resources for the consulting organization.
  • Supporting communication and adoption of new and existing policies and procedures within the consulting practice.
  • Leading solution design and articulating Oracle's solution value proposition to influence both sales teams and customers.
  • Clearly communicating the benefits, risks, and viability of proposed solutions to support win strategies and leadership buy-in.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and proactively positioning consultants for project roles.
  • Ensuring smooth transition of deal knowledge to implementation teams, and providing domain-specific leadership for integrated solution design.

Qualifications

Qualifications include :

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure solutions, business process analysis and multi-dimensional issue resolution.
  • Prior team lead or manager experience.
  • 5 years relevant experience with Public Sector Permitting, Licensing and Code Enforcement.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
