Regulatory Assurance Specialist
Northern Trust is seeking a Regulatory Assurance Specialist to join our new Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM) Department, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Assurance. In this role, you will lead and manage global regulatory assurance projects across the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
The successful candidate will provide strategic thought leadership in designing and executing the Regulatory Assurance Methodology (1LOD), with a strong focus on regulatory change. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape compliance strategies, engage with senior leaders and global regulators, and strengthen Northern Trust's position as a leader in regulatory excellence.

Salary Range : $137,400 - 240,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
