The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the growth of its management portfolio. This influential role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners, including REITs, private equity firms, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, to secure profitable long-term management opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in representing the company to both existing and prospective clients, enhancing overall portfolio value, and ensuring that new ventures align with the company's market and geographic strategies. Key responsibilities include evaluating properties, underwriting, negotiating management agreements, and sourcing potential acquisition opportunities for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in hospitality business development or a related industry. A deep understanding of the lodging industry, investment and operational proformas, along with real estate finance expertise, is essential. We seek a self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience at the Vice President level, superior communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management.
