Your Role : As a Recruiter in our Hospitality Division, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to match exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include :

• Talent Acquisition : Source, identify, and engage highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles in the hospitality sector, including management positions, front-of-house staff, and specialized service roles.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry to understand their unique hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Relationship Management : Cultivate relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from initial contact through placement.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively advise clients and candidates alike.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment strategies with client needs, ensuring successful placements and exceeding client expectations.
