Job descriptionInstall, repair, and maintain garage doors and related equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with doors, openers, and hardware Provide expert recommendations and excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Follow company policies and safety guidelines Explain and sell products when appropriate Minimum 6 months of garage door industry experience Strong mechanical and electrical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Clean, professional appearance and comfortable interacting with customers Flexible, reliable, and a team player Fluent English speaker & writer Ability to lift 75 lbs safely Valid driver’s license with 5+ years clean driving record Comfortable using iPad to record job data Must pass background check and drug test Commercial overhead door experience
