Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Occupational Therapist with CHT certification (OT / CHT) for an exciting contract opportunity in Rochester, Minnesota . Position Overview

As an OT / CHT, you’ll work with patients recovering from hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity injuries or surgeries. Your advanced expertise will guide customized rehabilitation plans and improve outcomes for individuals regaining fine motor skills and strength.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive hand / upper extremity evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Fabricate custom orthoses / splints as needed

Provide education on post-operative care, ergonomics, and injury prevention

Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and care teams

Track and document patient progress with accuracy and clarity

Qualifications :

Active Minnesota OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS certification

CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) credential required

Minimum of 2 years of upper extremity experience preferred

Strong manual therapy and orthotic fabrication skills
