Web Application Developer

E-Logic Inc. is seeking a Web Application Developer to support a government client within the IT Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH) . The selected candidate will support the design development maintenance and enhancement of web-based applications and reporting solutions used to support public health and housing initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who can work independently collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions in a public-sector environment. This position will be hybrid with 3 days on site and 2 days remote after training with a duration of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility to extend it.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks
• Support application enhancements troubleshooting and performance improvements
• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
• Perform research analysis and problem resolution related to application issues
• Work with relational databases including writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Collaborate with government stakeholders IT teams and business users
• Document technical solutions processes and system changes
• Ensure work complies with government standards policies and security requirements
