Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking positive outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff to join our Environment Services Leadership Team as a Supervisor!

Responsibilities Include :

Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists

Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department

Daily cleaning as well as projects carpet and hard surface floor care waste disposal and moving services

Shift management and scheduling

Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department.

What Youll Need :

High school diploma or equivalency

2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field

Valid Drivers License

Ability to work Nights - 3rd shift (10 : 00pm-6 : 30am) with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
