What Youll Do

As a Crusher Laborer, youll be an essential part of our aggregate team. This is hands-on work with room to grow, where no two days are the same. Your role will include :

• Keeping equipment and work areas clean and running smoothly
• Assisting with plant maintenance (oiling, greasing, belt repair, screen changes, etc.)
• Operating skid steers and other heavy equipment safely
• Using hand tools for general maintenance
• Supporting operators and skilled crew members when needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite
