Temple University's Enrollment Management Dept is searching for a Coordinator for One Stop Services
Position Summary :
The One Stop Coordinator (Financial Aid Support Focus) serves as a frontline resource within Temple University's One Stop Student Services Center. This position provides direct support to students and families with financial aid-related questions while also assisting with broader student success initiatives. The coordinator ensures students receive accurate, timely, and holistic support by leveraging strong knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid policies.
Reporting to the Director of the One Stop and working closely with the Associate and Assistant Directors, the Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the student experience by resolving issues efficiently, referring complex cases appropriately, and contributing to the division's foundational belief that every Temple student should feel supported.
This position operates within the One Stop's Tiered Service Model. Coordinators primarily address inquiries at Tier 1 (self-service) and Tier 2 (front-line support), resolving issues at the lowest effective level while ensuring smooth escalation to Tier 3 managers or Tier 4 functional specialists when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position requires Child Abuse Certifications prior to the commencement of service

Salary Range : $32,000 - $45,350
