General Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to lead our team at our 131 N Lincoln Dr location in Troy, United States. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash control
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs and control labor costs
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
- Implement and oversee local marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
