Food Safety, Quality and Compliance Manager

This family-owned organization has built its reputation on integrity,quality, and continued growth — and they’re now looking to bring on an experienced Food Safety, Quality, and Compliance Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a newly developed position that the company has been working on over the past few months as part of its ongoing expansion and commitment to quality. Leadership recognized the need for a more experienced professional to work closely with ownership and senior executives across all operations to ensure that food safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met and continuously improved.

This individual will take the reins and lead the company’s food safety and compliance division , overseeing all related systems, certifications, and processes. You’ll have the opportunity to implement new strategies , drive continuous improvement , and own key projects that shape the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all food safety, quality, and compliance programs company-wide
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and ownership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure adherence to USDA, FDA, and SQF regulations
• Support the company’s organic and antibiotic-free product lines , ensuring compliance with all applicable standards
• Lead internal audits, maintain certifications, and champion process improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor staff to foster a strong culture of safety and compliance
