Schedule:

• M-F, 7:00am to 4:00pm Pay Rate: $32.00/hr + Plus, DOE Location: Fremont, CA Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work independently to maintain and operate all Chemical and Gas delivery equipment.
• Knowledge of how the Mechanical portion of the equipment works, identifying individual components included in each assembly, and performing non-invasive preventive maintenance.
• Perform daily rounds, including verifying purifier set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory levels, and verifying monitoring systems.
• Maintain product inventories.
• Perform container change-outs.

Requirements:

• Strong Mechanical skills and Sub-fab experience required for Semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
• Must be physically capable of extended standing, walking over 5 miles per shift, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and overhead reaching.
• Required to wear full PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, earplugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and safety boots.
• May need to wear a Supplied Air Respirator for short durations during chemical handling tasks.

Preferences:

• Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.

Physical Effort/Activities:

• May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
