Position Summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Manager to help lead AI Transformation initiatives on our Enterprise Data & AI team. This role focuses exclusively on enabling internal teams across HackerOne, empowering them with data, AI, and SaaS solutions that drive operational excellence and business innovation. You will partner with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, manage high-value AI / SaaS initiatives, and enable adoption across the business. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and connect technology solutions to real business outcomes. The HackerOne Enterprise Data & AI team democratizes source of truth information, transformative insights, and AI tooling and infrastructure to power enhanced decision-making, autonomous execution, and mission-aligned scale.
