Financial Analyst

Ergon Inc. seeks a full-time Financial Analyst to join the Finance Department. This position supports Ergons capital budget program and plays a key role in financial planning and analysis activities. The role is responsible for preparing financial statement forecasts performing specialized cash flow and scenario (what-if) analyses and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and other benchmarks used to measure financial and operational performance.

Education and Experience Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
• A minimum of two years of work experience.
• CPA certification and / or MBA with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles enterprise software business practices and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
