Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Proven experience in an Operating Room environment
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization protocols, and patient safety standards
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-stress situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities :

Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available and sterile

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff during surgeries to maintain a sterile field and patient safety

Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after surgery

Document surgical activities accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Assist in the transfer and positioning of patients for surgical interventions
