TSP is partnered with a leading global renewable energy company with a diverse portfolio of large-scale wind (onshore and offshore), solar and battery storage projects. The company are already well-established in the US market, and they develop, construct, own, and operate clean energy assets to support the transition to a more sustainable power grid.

They are actively engaged in energy markets and compliance, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations in alignment with regulatory requirements. As such, they are currently seeking a NERC Compliance Analyst (Operations & Planning) to join their team in Austin, Texas, to support these efforts.

Job Description

• Develop and implement the NERC O&P compliance program, including policies, processes, and procedures.
• Organize compliance documentation and support internal teams through training, guidance, and best practices.
• Conduct internal assessments / audits, spot-checks, and investigations.
• Prepare reports and submissions for regulatory entities for external audits.
• Maintain expertise in NERC 693 Reliability Standards, regional / ISO requirements, FERC Orders, and RTO / ISO market rules.
• Track new and / or revised standards, assess compliance impacts, respond to regulatory audits / requests, and recommend subsequent program improvements.
