Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector has an opening for Engineering Technician 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS) team. This role is located in Oklahoma City, OK. You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS). LSMS provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-2 Bombers, E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System, and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability. Candidate will be required to perform physically demanding work, to include working in tight, restricted access quarters, climbing 20 feet ladders and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities :

• Provides technical advice, training, and troubleshooting assistance to organizational level technicians and maintenance leadership for operation and repair of the aircraft mission systems
• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions
• Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications
• Collaborates with other teammates and has reach-back to engineering for problem analysis and resolution
• Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors, and company representatives
• Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization
• Recommends corrective actions and resolves problems using technical publications and analytic techniques
• Records information on maintenance data collection forms and automated systems
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions in minimum time
• Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications

Primary Level Salary Range : $52,900.00 - $70,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
