Job description

Manufacturing Technician

Location : Saint Louis, Missouri

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Schedule : Rotating 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 : 30 PM | 2-2-3 pattern)

Work Environment : Clean Room (CORE)

What You'll Do

Execute manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and work instructions

Weigh, transfer, and mix chemicals with precision

Maintain cGMP compliance and safety standards

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment

Conduct in-process analytical testing

Manage raw materials inventory using Kanban systems

Keep training records current and participate in safety inspections

Collaborate in shift exchanges, lean activities, and improvement projects

What You Bring

Experience in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment

Strong math skills (decimals, conversions, rounding)

Tech I : ~1 year of cGMP experience or associate degree

Tech II : 1-3 years of cGMP experience or bachelor's degree in a related field

High school diploma required

Aseptic technique experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr.
