We are seeking a driven and diligent Senior Strategy Development Specialist to join our M&A Integrations team. Reporting to Gallagher's Integration Management Office Change Management M&A Leader, this role will support the execution of change management strategies for merger integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.

About You

Required : Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Highly preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. Experience in change management, organizational development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing collaborators at various levels. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
