About The Position

Job Title :

Radiologic Technologist Cath Lab Travel (Days, 4x10s 6 : 30a 5p)

Schedule :

Shift : 4 10-hour shifts, 06 : 30 17 : 00

Assignment Type : Travel

On-Call : Required; minimum of 15 call shifts per month (nights / weekends)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment. The technologist will scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures , providing high-quality imaging and patient care in a busy cardiovascular lab. This role requires an active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license, with RCIS certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities :

Scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures

Manage access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal

Take emergency after-hours call (minimum 15 call shifts / month)

Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging inpatients and outpatients

Schedule procedures and coordinate with team members for workflow efficiency

Ensure procedure rooms, instruments, and supplies are prepared and maintained

Participate in staff meetings, performance improvement, and training of new staff

Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license (required)

ARRT (R) certification (required)

RCIS certification (preferred)

Current BLS (AHA) certification (required)

ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience (required)

Proficiency with imaging systems, hemodynamic monitoring, and EMR documentation
