Security Professional - Unarmed Telecom Patrol

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Telecom Patrol in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-focused location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas within a technology and media environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Assist visitors and employees with access and general inquiries while upholding security-related protocols established for the location.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
