Senior Designer, Multimedia & Campaigns

Healio is looking for a Senior Designer, Multimedia & Campaigns —a hybrid creative powerhouse who brings together motion design, video storytelling, digital design, and concept development to elevate our brand across every channel.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and storytelling of the Healio brand. You will :

Lead multimedia creative, developing high-impact video and motion graphics for brand, product, campaign, social, and AI initiatives.

Produce polished digital assets — landing pages, social graphics, email visuals, display ads, presentations, and more.

Turn briefs into strong, cross‑channel campaign concepts, collaborating closely with creative leadership and the design team.

Support HTML‑Aware Creative landing pages and email modules.

Strengthen Healio’s brand identity, voice, and tone.

Use Data to Elevate Creative by partnering with our Analytics, Audience Development, and Marketing teams to understand performance insights as well as our leadership teams.

What You’ll Bring :

5–8+ years in multimedia, digital, motion, or video design.

Expert skills in Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Working HTML / CSS knowledge (templated builds, refinements, QA).

Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video storytelling, campaign thinking, and modern digital work.

Ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and present clear rationale.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have :

Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools.

Familiarity with UX / UI principles.

Experience building scalable design systems or motion libraries.

Healthcare or scientific brand experience.

The annual base salary for this position is $67,000 to $77,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50‑mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location.
