POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the implementation of the University Health Customer Excellence Strategy.
Facilitates the identification and initiation of complaint resolution efforts within University Health service units and for customer populations.
Benchmarks and disseminates information about best practices in healthcare and other service industries. Organizes systems to gather customer experience data that is meaningful and reliable.
Promotes the University Health Customer Relations policy
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field is required. Experience directly related to Centers for Medicaid and Medicare requirements related to consumer assessment required. Minimum 5 years’ experience direct employee supervision. Proven experience in advanced statistical analysis and program development and implementation preferred
