Job Title : Warehouse Manager Location : Winnemucca, Nevada Onsite / Remote : Day 1 Onsite at customer location The pay range for this role is $98000- $140000 Range per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Description : Warehouse Manager Skills :

• Ability to undertand and adhere to site purchasing work flow process & procedures, and CMMS Warehouse module usage.
• Exposure to material handling techniques.
• Ability to influence inside and outside personnel Role : The lead role will be a combination of day-to-day oversight and project-based objectives, both serving to improve warehouse efficiency, enhance stock controls, foster a positive cross-functional partnership and assist with the SAP integration readiness. The role will be supported by a FT warehouse staff member and guided by an SAP integration liaison and the On-Site Maintenance Leader. The position will include operational activities, excel data analytics, ERP system transactions (INFOR M3)and Power BI Report Usage. Warehouse / Storage Management :
• Update master data for existing warehouse stock in M3 (ERP for recently aquired site) including : Item Supplier Information (Pricing / Supplier Item number / name / description. Research related stock inforamtion as required to complete this data. Update Stock Locations in M3 from generic "Storehouse" to current location (such as "B-1-2") Load Item Photo's into M3, inlcuding pakaging, item itself and related nameplate(s) Perform a Cycle Count of the Item Retire Items as needed (with approval from Finance)
• Plan and Implement warehouse storage optimisation. Eg storage rack and row placement.
• Monitor formal Cycle count program / Ensure coverage based of financial exposure Improve office and storage practices.
• Update and maintain accurate stock accountability.
• Assist to optimise stock rotation.
• Ensure optimal warehouse efficiency. Enforce Warehouse Controls, including timely and accurate M3 Stock Check-Outs and Material Returns
• Monitor material planned Purchase orders for warehouse MRP(material requirements planning) restocking. People and Communication :
• Appreciation and basic knowledge of cultural issues
• Participate in site management team (where appropriate) and work with other teams to ensure customer service levels are understood, agreed and met.
• Communicate with purchasing officer to provide any missing data to enable engineering spares purchasing.
• Interface with daily management of purchases / supply as appropriate.
• Responsible to monitor, reconcile and report status of applicable purchase / sales agreements.
