Job descriptionHourly based on experience ($21 / hr) Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with 4% match, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and 15 days of PTO + 10 company holidays. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Director and members of the research team by working on various projects as requested and assigned Call and clinic appointments management, requiring interaction with both internal staff, patients and vendors Prepare patients charts Ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked throughout the day Request and manage medical records requests Place appointment reminders telephone calls Assist in event planning Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Periodic pickup and delivery Site supplies, shopping / procurement Sorting and delivering mail Manage invoices and receipts as well as patients’ reimbursement Schedule maintenance as needed Other clerical duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree Medical office administrative experience is preferred Phlebotomy experience is a plus High level of integrity and accountability Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude Excellent interpersonal, customer service, quality, and communication skills (written and oral) Takes initiative, is a team player, and can adapt well to a changing environment Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Flourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
