Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.\n\nEligibility as Current / Previous Employee : The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke's Health System.\n\nRequired Skills / Experience : \nMust have mother baby experience - prefer 1 year\nMust have experience and be able to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care, triage, Circulate C / S, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care.\nMust have experience with magnesium.\nRNs required to titrate drips : Pitocin Protocol, Magnesium Protocol, Insulin drips (occasionally).\n\nPreferred Skills / Experience : Charge nurse experience preferred.\n\nUnit and facility details : Follow AWHONN Staffing Standards. 1 : 1 labor unless pairing 2 cervical ripening patients. Postpartum is 1 : 3 couplets care. Triage 1 : 3, if get up to 4pts will utilize Resource nurse.\n\nShift & Scheduling : \nWeekend Requirements : No minimum requirement. Based on unit needs and requests.\nHoliday Requirements : No set requirement for travel RNs. Regular Staff have a set holiday rotation and there are 3 groups.
