A major West Coast healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II to oversee ICU services across multiple units. The ideal candidate brings strong ICU experience, proven leadership in nursing operations, and a track record of implementing process improvements.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee care delivery across multiple ICU units, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and quality standards
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care
- Monitor staffing, resource allocation, and utilization of clinical equipment and medications
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and oversee operational workflows
- Manage staff development, hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Lead emergency preparedness programs and ensure regulatory readiness
- Align department goals with broader organizational strategy to support efficient and safe care
Required Qualifications :
