Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Eureka, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Discipline : Allied Health Professional
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Skills / Procedures :

  • Adult Critical Care, Aerosol setup (mask / trach), Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, CPAP, BiPAP
  • Bronchoscopy, Extubation, Flovent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids
  • Interpretation of ABGs, Isuprel, Ketamine, Lidocaine, Mucomyst, Nasal / Oral airway placement & suctioning
  • NICU care
  • , Nitric Oxide (iNO), Pulmonary hygiene, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Sputum collection
  • T-piece, Terbutaline sulfate, Theophylline, Tobramycin, Trach collar / care, Troubleshooting high-pressure alarms
  • Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Xopenex, Puritan Bennett & Avea ventilators

    • Experience Required : 2 years (first-timers not accepted)

    Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CRTT or RRT, CA License
