What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their illness or injury.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Perform post-procedural assessments and stabilization of patients.
