Position Overview :

Immediate Openings for Caregivers who are compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA), ideally with a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical care for individuals in their homes. You will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Personal Care Assistance : Help clients with eating, dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.

Medication Reminders : Ensure clients follow their prescribed medication schedules.

Home Exercise Support : Assist with home-based exercise programs as directed.

Basic Health Monitoring : Report any physical or emotional changes to the supervising nurse.

Daily Activities : Accompany clients on walks and provide companionship.

Meal Preparation : Prepare simple, nutritious meals for clients.

Light Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including tasks such as laundry, tidying, and dishwashing.

Safety and Communication : Monitor the client’s safety, address concerns proactively, and communicate any issues promptly to the care team or family.

Basic Wound Care Support : Reinforce simple dressings as needed.

Qualifications :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable, empathetic, and attentive to detail.

Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.

Prior experience in caregiving or home health is preferred but not required.
