Job descriptionBase + commission Clear career path to Regional Roles - including regional hiring manager, region marketing manager Paid management and on-the-job training Free stretch sessions Month team lunches Wellness stipends Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members. As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments. You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. Paid experience managing 1–2 team members. Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity). A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
