Location : F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY

Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution and closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to meet specifications and standards; conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Review contractor plans and submittals for approval, including progress schedules, environmental, safety, and quality control programs, certifications, and shop drawings.
• Prepare correspondence regarding contractor performance, REAs, RFIs, and other technical issues.
• Support site visits and presentations to owner's representatives.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members; oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance; resolve contract disputes.
• Monitor project progress and advise the Resident Engineer, COR, and project team of potential delays.
• Prepare partial and final payment estimates, verify materials on hand, and determine percentage complete for lump-sum items.
• Produce monthly project status reports for customers.
• Participate in contract modification processes; assist with scopes of work for RFPs, government estimates, and reviews of contractor proposals.
• Attend and participate in meetings with customers and contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
