Assignment Type : Immediate coverage needed over the next 6 weeks

Job Description :

  • Immediate coverage needed over the next 6 weeks
  • NO On-Call Requirements

    • Submission Requirements :

  • 2 references needed
  • Affiliations go back 5 years
  • Case logs last 24 months
  • Must have NH license and DEA at the time of presentation
  • Must have clean malpractice / background
  • Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
  • Must submit COVID vaccination card
  • ACLS needed if requesting sedation privileges

    • CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • Board Certified
  • DEA

    • STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

  • New Hampshire
