Job description
  • Work Dates Needed : asap with 4 to 6 weeks credentials - ongoing 3 to 6 months min.
  • Preferred Schedule : Days, nights & weekends 3-8's - open 24 hours a day.

    • Facility is open to provider schedule, but provider must float between locations.

    • Worksite Setting : County Jail sites outpatient
    • Scope of Work :

      • 10 -15 patients a day & provider must float between three locations near Sacramento.

    • Always have MA & security,
    • male & female in both locations.
    • 100% adult coverage.
    • Provider could do intakes, work in detox, withdrawal, or psyche area.
    • Care team model with NO CALL.
    • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements :

      • Must have CA licensure, DEA, NPI, BLS,

    • Board certified only no exceptions,
    • No Malpractice
    • NO NPDB issues.
    • Must submit CMES
    • EMR : Athena
