• What You’ll Actually Do :
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial prep documents with minimal oversight
• Manage deadlines and discovery like a pro
• Support the attorney at every stage of the litigation process
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Stay organized, accountable, and ahead of the game
• You’re a Great Fit If You :
• Have 5
• years
• of experience as a family law paralegal (Missouri preferred)
• Can draft, file, and manage litigation documents with confidence
• Communicate well with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Are self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and not afraid of fast-paced work
• Want to grow with a firm that _actually values paralegals_
• This Role Is Not For You If :
• You’ve never worked in family law
• You dislike client contact or legal writing
• You require constant supervision or hand-holding
• You’re uncomfortable with technology or case management software
• Pay & Schedule :
• $55,000–$65,000 / year (DOE)
• Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
• No weekends. No late nights. Only require 6 billable hours per day.
