Position Overview

JAM Best One Fleet Service is seeking a highly motivated CDL-B Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting and delivering goods to our customer throughout the Flint Michigan area. Your responsibilities will include operating a commercial motor vehicle, conducting necessary inspections, loading / unloading products, adhering to traffic regulations, planning efficient routes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Requirements :

  • Must have a valid CDL-B license
  • Proven experience as a professional CDL-B driver, preferably in a route delivery role
  • DOT Medical Certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations
  • Excellent map reading and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Able to lift 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • High degree of reliability, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting delivery schedules
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

    • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
