Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to customer’s equipment\nFollows all company policies and procedures as listed, but not limited to : warranty, safety, environmental, OSHA, DOT Hazmat, and ISO9000\nOperates material handling equipment per OSHA requirements\nMaintains a safe, orderly, and clean working environment\nMaintains records of performance reports\nInteracts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company\nDevelops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers\nProvides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer\nProvides the highest quality of service possible in order to assure customer satisfaction\nGenerates substantial annual revenues\nFunctions without direct supervision\nAble to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals\nCompletes compliance and job-specific training\nReplaces defective parts, reassembles and repairs batteries and related equipment; Installs new equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications\nProvides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment\nCompletes timely reporting of all activities including service reports, expense reports, quality alerts and maintenance reports to the company\nIs directly responsible for company assets, including a service vehicle, parts inventory, tools and test equipment

Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical or related if the application for location\nA basic electrical understanding\nThe use of test equipment and reading schematics\nHands-on job experience\nExperience should be substantively in the Electrical related field where applicable\n\nGeneral Job Requirements\nMust be able and willing to do overnight travel\nMust be able and willing to operate a forklift.\nThis position requires working in a plant / warehouse environment. Therefore, expect varying working conditions.\nMust be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.\nMust be able to differentiate colors.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time\nEmployees are responsible for wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times.\nMust be able and willing to be on-call.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
available for this temporary role may include the following :
