Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable elementary school in Windsor, CO, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for supporting student communication and learning. This role offers a contract position for the current school year, providing a dynamic setting where your expertise makes a meaningful impact on young learners lives.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings preferred for understanding educational environments and student needs
  • SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) highly valued

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Track and document student progress and outcomes in accordance with school policies
  • Provide direct therapy services within the school environment, adapting techniques for various learning needs
