Overview
This position will allow you to apply your GC Instrument knowledge and technical experience to solve customers instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Location
Home office-based in the Midwest USA with travel to client sites
Duties Include
- Travel to client sites region to perform on-site service
- Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
- Act as a generalist, supporting all company product lines, including gas chromatography products
Ideal Skills / Knowledge
Minimum AA, BS, or higher in a technical discipline, electronics or chemistry preferred2+ years experience with hands-on equipment troubleshootingGC (Gas Chromatography) or related elemental analyzers experience preferredExcellent interpersonal skillsThe ability to juggle / prioritize a busy schedule over a large territoryAble to travel regionallyWhat To Expect
