Coverage Needed : ASAP - ongoing Coverage Type : Call Only Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Inpatient Admissions Required Patients Per Shift : 3-8 Bed in Department : 12 Rounding patients : unassigned and assigned EMR System : MediTech Call Type : Beeper with a 15 min response time required Avg Call Per 24 Hr : Phone Consults : 5, Call Ratio : 1 : 4, Patients Seen : 3-5, Call Back Percentage : 25%, Admissions : 4 Average Number of Deliveries per Year : 650 PEDs Level : 2 Support Staff : 2 RNs, 1 MA, Strong unit and provider support Requirements : Board Certification : Eligible Fellowship - Preferred License : Must be licensed in NC Certifications : ACLS, PALS, NRP Provider must have a clean history Experience with circumcisions Must be able to perform these required skills : Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST / CST / FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I / Screening (viability), Level II / Targeted (anatomic , Amniocentesis, Routine delivery (Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions), Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology -(Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation), Laser certification
