Assist in loan servicing by handling payoffs, refinances, extensions, and collateral releases under the direction of the Lending Support Manager.
Ensure full compliance with Fair Lending laws, federal regulations, and internal loan policies.
Review post-funding documentation to confirm accuracy and integrity of all loan details.
Collaborate with branch and lending teams, answering questions and providing guidance on loan policies, procedures, and decisions.
