Tech Lead - Java

A company is looking for a Tech Lead - Java to oversee backend development and guide junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Mentor junior engineers in software engineering best practices

Work with product teams to execute and deploy features

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree and 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), and SQL databases

Hands-on experience with microservices architecture

Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases

Experience with project coordination and management
